Shipping Switzerland
Shipping takes place 2-3 days after you place your order.

 

Shipping costs Switzerland
Shipping costs of CHF 9.00 per order. No shipping costs apply for orders above CHF 50.00. Expenses for priority and express delivery are charged to the customer.

 

Shipping costs abroad
Within Europe: Shipping costs of CHF 14.00 per order. No shipping costs apply for orders above CHF 150.00. Expenses for priority and express delivery are charged to the customer.

Other countries: Shipping costs of CHF 25.00 per order. No shipping costs apply for orders above CHF 150.00. Expenses for priority and express delivery are charged to the customer.

 

Shipping costs, customs duties and payment of VAT shall be borne by the recipient. Returns from abroad can only be accepted in case of wrong delivery or for defective goods.

 

Exchange / returns
Within 14 days without the need to mention any reasons after receipt of the products. The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Shipping cost for returns are not refundable.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee flawless material and flawless workmanship. We offer a warranty of two years for all products. If you experience unreasonable quality defects within the warranty period while using our products in a normal manner, we will decide on a possible replacement.
 

Data Protection

We guarantee the confidentiality of all customer data; a disclosure of that information to third parties is explicitly excluded.
 

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
